It’s a common problem amongst both athletes and people who like to stay fit through exercise, the problem being, that while training it is easy to actually drink too much or even more dangerously drink too little, so apart from carrying several bottles or carefully measuring out every last drop of fluid that you drink, how on earth can this be made simple and effective?

Hydra CoachWell a company named Hydra Coach has solved the problem, they have developed a system that can help all athletes and keep fit fanatics stay hydrated, not just while training, but also throughout the entire day.

The system is known as the Intelligent Water Bottle, and the company claims that it is the world’s first interactive water bottle. It works by first calculating exactly how much water your body needs for the entire day, keeps account of all the water that you take into your body, and it actually sets a pace that is not to much or little so that your body stays hydrated all day long.

The Intelligent Water Bottle comes in three colors, blue, orange and smoke, it stands just six inches high and weighs only 22 ounces because it is made out of polycarbonate, with no hint of plastic in the construction.

This is a giant step forward in the hydration business, there has always been the need for not just athletes and keep fit people, but for everyone as we are always being told that we need to drink more water, with the Intelligent Water Bottles digital read out, the data is easy and straight forward to follow.

The Intelligent Water Bottle will cost around $30 and will be on sale at fitness stores any time now.
