Apple vs. Cisco: Who has the real iPhone?

Cisco has filed a court case against Apple claiming that Apple’s iPhone violates their trademark. Cisco registered the iPhone trademark more than 5 years ago, but only recently has started using it and exactly this seems to be among others one of the weaknesses analyzed by several online journalists and bloggers.

How this will end is questionable, but it is hard to imagine Apple giving up it’s i”Gadget” marketing machine and I presume that in the end all will come to down to a nice payment from Apple to Cisco.
