The Acer P630 was announced by Acer quite some time ago and is now, according to Navigadget, available in Europe from several online shops, starting as low as 290Euros.

The Acer P630 is a bulky looking GPS navigator from Acer’s P600 series and is another SiRF StarIII chipset based GPS navigator. It offers a 4″ wide display, a SD expansion slot and Bluetooth for handsfree telephoning. It runs on a 400MhZ processor and the navigation software is ALK’s CoPilot 6 with maps for Western Europe and the UK provided by Navteq. The software offers two modes, car and walking, and also an adress manager and Point-of-Interest database.
Judging from the screenshot visual navigation shouldn’t be too hard, but no information on audio guidance is know to me.
