56k EmulatorOne of my first gadgets was a 28.6bps U.S Robotics way back in around 1994 or 1995. That were the days before Google, Web2.0, Flash, YouTube, Internet Explorer. I always like to say the Internet wasn’t even washed white yet, as the Yahoo! background and of most other pages was gray and pictureless.

I remember clearly the joy of hearing the modem do it’s work and sadly in times of digital broadband connections, that seems to be lost forever. Now Tech Digest has found an emulator to bring back this joy here.
